· Permitting for Site Development Projects including: erosion control, re-zoning, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, and other related applications for construction.
· Design for site Development Projects including: grading, erosion control, utility and demolition plans, and site layout.

· Instruct first year college students in ARET 123- Construction Graphic Communications. The curriculum includes manual drafting and techniques, the geometry used in creating manual drawings and drawing layout, plus introductory computer aided design using AutoCAD 2004.
