Oakpark Church

Civil design for the new church in Fort Wayne.  The design meet stormwater requirements for the numerous agencies reviewing the project.

Parkview Field

Structural design for the new ballpark which includes concrete and structural steel.

Parkview Hospital

The courtyard was designed around the theme of “The Spirit of Women the Gardens of Life”. Design services included specialty hardscape paving including a spirit walk with engraved tiles, quote walls, fountains, site amenities, landscape design, site utilities, and site grading.

This two story steel buildng over a basement included many hospital requirements and lighting supports.

Rail Connect Business Park

We provided site development design services for an 118 acre industrial site, Design services included a lot layout, design of internal roadways, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main utility. and a regional detention basin.
