Renaissance YMCA

Structural design for the new YMCA which has conventional steel, a pre-engineered steel building, and masonry construction.

Renaissance YMCA-Splash Pad

Civil design for the Renaissance YMCA in Fort Wayne.  Project included a pavilion and splash pad.

Rochester Learning Center

Design Services included site improvements for a new educational building.  This project achieved a LEED Silver Certification thru the Green Building Certification Institute.

St Joseph Hospital

Landscape Architectural Design for the medical office building addition.  Design services included hardscape layout and planting design for the courtyard.

Taylor University- Prayer Chapel

Structural design for this unique structure utilizing steel and wood I joist.
